In order to achieve our quality and service objectives we:
• Employ only Senior Consultants
• Work closely with the Client's in-house team
• Effectively implement - as well as investigate and recommend
• Ensure adequate backstopping by appointing support Consultants for assignments
• Operate rigorous quality, progress and cost control
• Offer "one-stop" Consultancy
• Maintain client liaison on a local basis but co-ordinate and control centrally
• Do not undertake work that Clients can do better and more cost-effectively in-house |
